Fitness Training Every Wednesday: Referee Pursuit - Fitness Training Wednesday's 13th at Lower Woodland Field 7 track
These Wednesday night workouts are lead by Personal Trainer & PRO Referee - Adorae Monroy!
Recovering from injury - need some motivation to get walking, jogging or running - prepping for the March Fitness Test (3.17) - whatever your reason join us on Wednesday 21st 530p - these sessions are designed where you are at - no comparing to others - push, pull or drag yourself just get there!

Sessions will consist of dynamic workouts geared toward speed/agility, strength and conditioning based on your fitness level and objectives. Our goal is to support ALL referees who are looking to up their game and get them ready to standout at the next match, tournament or the next level or the upcoming Fitness Test in March!

This initiative is meant to develop a training cohort where ALL ages and abilities can participate. You can look forward to camaraderie, accountability and good fun as you challenge yourself.
